Embodied Leadership: Moving with Purpose

This interactive workshop is designed to get students up and moving while deepening their understanding of leadership from the inside out. Using somatic practices and dance-based exploration, students will discover what it means to lead with presence, purpose, and authenticity. Through movement, reflection, and creative expression, they’ll build greater self-awareness, confidence, and connection to themselves and others. This session is fun, engaging—and yes, a little sweaty—empowering young athletes to tap into their full potential, both on and off the court.

Our vision for ENCORE Volleyball Club remains clear: to unlock the potential of female athletes and create lasting impact through sport.

It’s all about the athlete’s journey—her growth, her skill, and the lifelong lessons she’ll gain from the sport. It’s about the coaches and teammates who will shape her experience, and the resources that support her performance, recovery, and wellness. At ENCORE, what happens off the court is just as important as what happens on it.
